Navarre Real Estate
Let’s Demystify the Home Buying and Selling Process
It’s a big decision, and it can be stressful. Whether you’re buying or selling, you want guidance you can trust, and there are a lot of conflicting opinions out there. It’s time to kick outdated real estate myths to the curb. A sign in the yard and a hope for the best isn’t a plan: only about 4% of buyers find the home they buy from a yard sign or an open house sign.
You deserve a plan, a guide who knows Navarre because she lives here, and a Certified Negotiation Expert in your corner. I’m Leah Bieber, a Realtor with eXp Realty and a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #2668541), so I can look at the house and the financing together.

Is Navarre, Florida Safe?
It's a fair question, and there's a crucial thing to understand: Realtors legally can't tell you whether a neighborhood is safe. Here's why, and how to actually find out.
Who I Am
Most real estate sites read like a business card with a house on it. This one is closer to a notebook I've been keeping since I moved to Navarre myself, to Holley by the Sea, with my husband, my girls, and two dogs who treat every showing like a field trip.
I'm Leah Bieber, Broker Associate with eXp Realty on the Emerald Coast, license BK3556935. I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert in a market where most agents skip formal negotiation training entirely, and I completed a year-long digital marketing program plus weekly advanced coaching, because a home doesn't sell itself just because it's priced right and photographed well. I take a small number of clients at a time on purpose, so yours gets my actual attention instead of a share of it.
Where I Work
I work Navarre and the immediate surrounding area, in Santa Rosa County on Florida's Emerald Coast, and inside Navarre itself I know the differences that actually matter: Holley by the Sea, the HOA community I live in myself, Hidden Creek, an established golf-course pocket with larger, higher-priced homes than the mainland median, and Navarre Beach, where condo financing has its own set of rules most agents never learn.
I focus on Navarre and the immediate surrounding area. Explore a few local neighborhood guides.
Start Here, Buyer or Seller
Buying or selling, the first step is the same: a real conversation, not a form that dumps you into an email list. Get your free home value if you're thinking about selling, or book a 15-minute discovery call if you're buying, thinking about it, or just want a straight answer about the Navarre market. Or skip the form and call me directly at 850-614-8248. Either way, you'll hear back from me, not a call center.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only work in Navarre, or will you help somewhere nearby too?
Navarre is where I know the market cold, especially Holley by the Sea, Hidden Creek, and Navarre Beach. But I'm not going to turn you away just because your search drifts toward Gulf Breeze or another nearby town. Depending on what you're looking for, I'll either work it with you directly, bring in a showing agent I trust, or point you toward someone who knows that specific market better than I do. Reach out and we'll figure out the right fit.
Which side of the bridge should I look on, mainland Navarre or Navarre Beach?
It depends on what you're optimizing for. Mainland Navarre is the easier daily-life choice and moves faster if you'll need to resell later. Navarre Beach puts you on the water but adds a bridge crossing to almost every errand, and the beach market currently resells slower. See Beach or Mainland for the full comparison, or we can just talk through which one fits your actual routine.
I'm just starting to look. Is it too early to talk to an agent?
No, and it's actually the best time. A short call before you're ready to write an offer means you walk into your first showing pre-approved, oriented to the right neighborhoods, and clear on what your budget actually buys right now, instead of finding all of that out the hard way after you've already fallen for a house. There's no cost and no pressure to commit to anything.
Thinking about a move?
