Looking For Fun Things To Do In and around Navarre?
This Monday is Memorial Day and in honor or our Military Personnel and our Veterans some of our beloved local eateries are offering a little something special to commemorate the holiday. Andy D’s is serving FREE pancakes on Monday morning for all military, past and present. PLUS… they are hosting their Summer Deck Party throughout the entire weekend, featuring live music and drink specials.
On Monday at 11 am there will be Memorial Day Ceremonies held at Navarre Park.
If you’re willing to make the drive, there are a couple more cool things to do this weekend. The Exotic Car Show and Crawfish Boil is happening this weekend in Pensacola. Meanwhile, in Destin The Harbor Street Parade kicks off this Saturday with live music starting at 6:30 pm. The parade will follow at 8: 30 pm with floats, beads and stiltwakers. And last but not least will be the Fire Spinning Show. All day parking will cost you $20.

Discovering Reptiles: All Abut Snakes at the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, 8:30 am to 10 am.
This will be an exciting and interactive class led by Rick O’Connor of the University of Florida IFAS Extension. Participants will be getting up close and personal with live snakes! Tickets are $15. Space is limited, so register ahead of time.
Pik-itz Community Yard Sale, 9 am to 2 pm.
This will be the last stand alone yard sale or the season, so get on with your purge, grab your give away pile and come out to Pik-itz and earn some extra summer cash!
Summer Movie Series: Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs at Whitecaps Sweets & Treats at Springhill Suites, 5 pm to 8 pm.
Open to everyone, guests and locals alike.
Sunday, May 26th
Hometown Half Marathon 5K/10K Run at the Navarre Youth Sports Association, 6 am.
The Kids Dash will begin at 6:55 am followed by the National Anthem and main race at 7 am.
Line Dancing at the American Legion Post 382, 2 pm to 4 pm.
We learn a dance, and then dance it out for a song or two, then move on to a new dance and repeat. We usually learn 3-4 new dances each week. It’s fun and it’s open to the public! $5 for non-members.
Team Trivia at St. Michael’s Brewing Co, 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
