Leah Bieber

Hey neighbor, I'm Leah. I'm a Broker Associate with eXp Realty on the Emerald Coast, and I live right here in Navarre, in Holley by the Sea. I started Live Navarre because getting to know this town's events, restaurants, and hidden spots turned out to be the best way to actually know the people I now help buy and sell homes.

I'm a Certified Negotiation Expert, formal training most agents in this market skip, and I completed a year-long digital marketing program plus weekly advanced coaching, because good marketing is the difference between a home that sits and one that sells. I take a small number of clients at a time so each one gets real attention instead of a share of it.

When I'm not working, you'll find me paddleboarding at the beach with my kids or cuddled up at home with my two dogs. I live here with my husband and my girls, and this is genuinely where I want to be, not just where I sell real estate.
