Goat Yoga! St. Michael’s Brewing Company is hosting a Goat Yoga session lead by Disko Lemonade Yoga. Supporting characters provided by Lazy Day Farm.
Here’s how it works: while you flow through your yoga poses, adorable goats roam freely around you, bringing a whole new level of joy and laughter to your practice. It’s like downward dog meets, well, actual goats!
So, if you’re looking to add a dash of whimsy to your yoga routine you can experience the ultimate in furry, four-legged relaxation and laughter with goat yoga.

FREE workshop for ages 13 and up. You do not have to be a member of the YMCA but you do have to register via in person or by phone.
Line Dancing at the American Legion Post 382, 2 pm to 4 pm.
Navarre does not have enough dancing opportunities, so big thank you to Dawn Alexander for bringing us line dancing this week. No partner needed. FREE for members. $5 for non-members.
