Who Runs This Site
This site is run by Leah Bieber, a Broker Associate with eXp Realty on the Emerald Coast, Florida license number BK3556935. Leah is also a licensed mortgage loan originator, NMLS #2668541, with USA Mortgage, and the pages under /financing are provided under that separate license. Where the two overlap, each page says which license applies, and the required mortgage licensing disclosure appears on every financing page.
What This Site Is, and Isn't
This site gives you information about Navarre-area real estate and about Leah's real estate and mortgage services. It is here to help you learn about the market, her process, and how to reach her, not to replace advice from a professional who knows the details of your specific situation.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing about home financing here is a loan commitment or a guarantee of approval; any lending information is general and is subject to credit approval, as stated on the financing pages. Using this site, filling out a form, or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship or a representation agreement between you and Leah. In Florida, that relationship starts with a written agreement, signed separately.
Listing and Market Information
Market statistics, home values, and other figures on this site come from public MLS data or Leah's own market research, and are accurate as of the date each page or post was written or last updated. Real estate values change, and a figure on an older page may no longer reflect the current market.
This site does not currently display a live, third-party MLS or IDX listing feed. Where a specific property is described, such as on a listing page, that information is provided by Leah directly and is believed accurate but not guaranteed; always verify square footage, lot size, schools, and any other detail that matters to your decision. If a live MLS or IDX feed is added later, that data will belong to the MLS or IDX provider and will carry whatever display rules that provider requires.
Using This Site
The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Leah or her licensors, except for listing photography, which is often licensed to the listing brokerage rather than owned outright. You are welcome to read, link to, or quote a short passage with credit. You may not copy, republish, or scrape this site's content, images, or blog posts for your own use without asking first.
