The contact form and any guide or funnel form on this site ask for your first name, last name, and email address. A phone number, a message, and a few extra questions are optional, depending on which form you use. If you give a phone number and check the box to receive text messages, the exact wording you agreed to is saved along with the date and time, so there is a record of what you actually consented to.

Beyond what you type into a form, this site keeps only standard server logs, the kind every website keeps automatically, such as which pages were requested and basic technical information about the request. Nothing is collected through cookies or advertising trackers right now. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so before it happens.

Leah uses your information to respond to your specific question and to follow up about buying or selling a home in the Navarre area. If you have asked to hear from her, that can also include real estate updates and market news by email, in addition to a direct reply to what you asked. You can unsubscribe from that kind of email at any time using the link at the bottom of the message, and doing so will not affect a reply to a question you have already asked.

The Live Navarre Weekly Newsletter is a free weekly email about local events and things to do in Navarre and along the Emerald Coast. You receive it only if you sign up for it, using the newsletter signup form on this site, or if you ask Leah to add you. Contacting Leah in any other way, such as sending a question, booking a call, or downloading a guide, does not sign you up for it. Signing up adds you to the newsletter and nothing else, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any issue.

Your information is used for these purposes only. It is not sold, and it is not used to build a profile of you for advertising on other websites.

You can ask what information Leah has on file for you, ask her to correct it, or ask her to delete it, by contacting her directly using the information below. Leah currently keeps a lead's information on file unless you ask her to remove it, the way most small real estate practices manage a contact list, and any request to delete your information will be honored.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and you can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. This page exists to meet California's CalOPPA requirement that any commercial site collecting personal information post a privacy policy. California's separate CCPA privacy law, which grants additional rights like the right to opt out of the sale of information, generally does not apply to a business this size, and nothing here is sold in the first place.
