Here’s what’s happening in the city of Navarre.
Since May we’ve had more than 700 homes to choose from month after month. At the current rate that homes are selling, this equates to more than 4 months worth of inventory. (A market with 6 months worth of inventory is considered a balanced market.)
While home prices haven’t come down, sellers are offering more incentives to buyers. This is good news for buyers who are looking for more favorable terms when buying a home.
What has me shook about the last 30 days is the 152 price reductions, up 40.7%. The importance of a strategic marketing plan can’t be ignored in this market. Do you want to sell? Or do you want to sit?
